The association is an NGO Eldy (Non-Profit Organization of Social Utility) under DL. 460/97 and donations (Donations) in its favor are deductible from income tax.
The law allows individuals and businesses to deduct donations to non-profit organization like’Association Eldy, wherever 10% the total declared income and up to a ceiling of 70 thousand per year.
Donations are deductible only when paying by check and bank transfer.
The different ways of giving are:

- Non-transferable bank check, payable to Association Eldy Foundation.
- You can donate goods or services: if you have not used but working computers they donate to a nursing home or an elderly only.
